Sarjeet has worked at Pacific Community Resources Society since 2005 as a Family Counsellor/Immediate Response Program. She sits on the PCRS Board as a Staff Board Director.

From 2018-2022, she was part of the Mayor’s Task Force (SAFE)-Surrey Anti-Gang Family Empowerment Program. She initiated the ongoing South Asian Parents Together Program in 2005, and at the same time developed Club Utopia, an instant success that brought together 43 South Asian youths, 10 volunteers, and Sarjeet, known as “Auntie.”

In more than 40 years of working in Surrey, Sarjeet has:
