Hardip is currently a Director for two multidisciplinary healthcare companies that serve the needs of BC communities and beyond with the provision of movement-based therapeutic interventions and functional assessments. She has been recognized since 2015 as a BC Supreme Court expert witness in the fields of functional abilities evaluation and kinesiology.
Hardip has more than 15 years’ experience as a board director in the non-profit sector, including in the role of President for both the provincial and national boards for kinesiology. She is on the Ottawa-based advisory council for Exercise Is Medicine Canada, which provides recommendations to physicians across Canada, and a member at large on the board of Pacific Community Resource Society.
She has a skill set of governance restructuring, liaising with government standing committees, and knowledge of legislation and working within legal boundaries, and believes that skill set is an asset to help progress collaborative engagement across non-profit agencies around BC to strengthen the delivery of resources and services.
