Senator Terry Mercer has tabled a motion in the Senate that would allow the Senate to from a Special Committee that would determine the state of the charitable sector in Canada. Imagine Canada has created some sample letters, in English and French, to assist the sector in advocating for this motion. There is also a database in a Google Sheet with contact information for all Canadian Senators.
