The first day of the BoardVoice 2013 Annual conference was culminating in an rousing reception with conference speaker Hildy Gottlieb discussing inspiring change.
BV host Doug Hayman asks Hildy what keeps her energized. “That’s easy,” she says. “It’s when I watch people realize they can create the future right now, simply by being what they want to see in others.”
“Have conversations that reach beyond reacting to the problems,” she says. “Martin Luther King didn’t say, I have a problem; he said, I have a dream. To accomplish great things, start having conversations that reach for the good stuff on the other side of the problem.”
